This event was organised in collaboration with Aidambiente (Italian Association of Environmental Law) and was included in the 2020 SHARPER - European Researchers' Night

28 October 2021 – Environment, Sustainability and Circular Economy: The Role of the Ministry of Ecological Transition – Integrated teaching seminar by Chiara Feliziani, with the participation of Dr Andrea Giordano, appointed Justice at the Italian Financial Court and legal expert at the legislative office of the Ministry of Ecological Transition. This event was included in the Environmental Law and Corporate Law (LM-SCGIUR) courses at UniMC

 

17 November 2021 – The Sale of Company’s Assets between Freedom of Economic Initiative, Social Responsibility, and Employment Protection – Integrated teaching lecture by Gabriele Franza and Alessio Bartolacelli. This event was included in the Labour Law (L-14) and Advanced Corporate Law and Sustainable Economy (LM-SCGIUR) courses at UniMC
