Departmental Project Calls

Department of Excellence Project 2023-2027

As part of the implementation process of the “Department of Excellence” Project titled: “Innovation and Vulnerability: Legal Issues and Safeguards,” the funding of 3 interdisciplinary research projects addressing topics of interest to the aforementioned project is foreseen. For 2024, it is planned to fund one project.

The projects must have as their scientific leader a professor or researcher from the Department of Law, and should be designed to have a positive impact on the development of high-level teaching and on the indicators of research quality in line with the objectives set by the Department, which are subject to annual monitoring.

The research group may include professors and researchers from the Department of Law, as well as PhD students, research fellows, and postdoctoral researchers collaborating within the same Department, as well as other professors and researchers from Italian or foreign universities or research institutions.

Department of Excellence Project 2018-2022

As part of the implementation process of the “Department of Excellence” Program titled: “Law and Innovation: Europe and China Facing the Challenges of Globalization,” two interdisciplinary research projects addressing topics of interest to the aforementioned program are planned to be funded annually.

The projects must have as their scientific leader a professor or researcher from the Department of Law and should be designed to have a positive impact on the development of high-level teaching and on the indicators of research quality in line with the objectives set by the Department, which are subject to annual monitoring.

The research group may include professors and researchers from the Department of Law, as well as PhD students, research fellows, and postdoctoral researchers collaborating on departmental research, as well as professors and researchers from other departments, universities, or research institutions in Italy or abroad.
