LAW AND INNOVATION

The course deals with understanding the problems of legal change related to processes of technological and social innovation. It also encourages conducting an interdisciplinary dialogue between the different legal sciences as well as between legal doctrine and other fields of knowledge. The Course activities will be based on three main lines of research:
Law and technological innovation, to analyze the relationship between law and how new technologies are used, with special reference to the digital sphere
Law and social innovation, to study law in relation to present-day social, economic and cultural transformations;
Problems and methods of legal innovation, to understand the phenomenology of legal innovation.
